Your sailing instructor

Your sailing instructor Thomas has Long-standing experience as a sail instructor and skipper on the Sea and on Inland waters.
Training program
The sailing yacht and its equipment. Setting and hoisting sails, reefing, sail trim. Sailing according to wind and compass on various courses.
Turn, heel, Q-turn, reverse, lay down. Hitching on buoy and dock, «man overboard» maneuver. General maritime skills (knots, securing the ship, ship safety, fundamentals of ship handling). Preparation for the exam Category D.
Training duration
4-day weekend courses (Fr. to Mo.) and 5-day week courses (Mon.-Fri.) available; the training and coaching take place from 8:00 to 17:00 every day Instead.
Teaching material
Our specially developed comprehensive training materials include, in addition to the written materials, Videos of all maneuvers and are included in the training price. The documents will be handed over to you during your first lesson.

Our school ship 'Robina'
The ‚Robina‘ is probably the best training ship on Lake Zurich. Its best qualities are sportiness, very good maneuverability and it combines safety in strong winds with speed in light winds.
On our yacht, sea feeling is already included. The Grand Surprise is a French racing boat of the highest standard, which can also be used for high-sea maneuvers.
